Campbellsville University Athletics

This Season at CU: Angie Lawrence transferred from Coker College and is entering her junior year in the classroom but her first season at Campbellsville.

2012-13: Lawrence attended Coker College for one year and averaged 11.3 PPG, 4.2 RPG, 2.6 APG, while shotting 40.8% from the 3pt line. She received honors for the Georgia College All Tournament Team.

2011-12: Attended rival Georgetown College for one year and averaged 6.5 PPG. She was on the National Tournament All-Tournament Team. The Lady Tigers finished in the fab four that in 2011-12

High School: Attended Rockcastle County High School where she played for five years. She averaged 14 PPG, 3 SPG, and 3 APG during her 5 seasons. In 2010-11, Lawrence led her team to the KY State Championship where she was selected for the All-Tournament Team.  She was also 12th region MVP. In 2009-10, she was selected as 2nd Team All-State and 12th region first team. She was awarded the sportsmanship award at Rockcastle County High.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science/sports medicine. She is the daughter of Teddy and Marcy Lawrence. An interesting fact about Angie is that she can play the piano.
