CAREER – Brandon will be entering his second season at Campbellsville University after transferring from Tacoma Commuunity College in 2011, where he played collegiate baseball for two seasons.
2012 (Campbellsville University) – Posted a .262 BA … Totaled 28 hits, including 5 doubles, 29 RBI, and 5 homeruns … Recorded a slug % of .449 … In the 2012 postseason, Brandon Johnson had a .222 BA and hit 3 RBI and 1 homerun.
2011 (Tacoma Community College) – Earned 1st team DH Western Division honors after batting a .265 average, with 4 doubles, 2 triples, 7 homeruns, and 26 RBI … Recorded a .478 slug %.
2010 ( Tacoma Community College) – Earned 2nd team DH Western Division honors after batting a .280 average and hitting 4 homeruns … In the postseason, batted a .333 average with 1 homer and 2 RBI.
HIGH SCHOOL – Played for two years for Kennedy High School … His junior year, he had a .310 BA and hit 4 homeruns and was nominated for 2nd team 1st Base All-conference honors … His senior year, Brandon posted a .330 BA with 5 homeruns and was awarded 1st team 1st Base All-conference.
CLUB – Competed for the Seattle Stars for three years.
PERSONAL – Born August 20, 1991 … Son of Jeff and Annette Cook … Claims to be the best Madden player on the Xbox 360 out of the entire baseball team.
