In her many years in sport, she has collected several honors and awards.

Decker played seven years of high school golf at Green County High School. She led the Lady Dragons to two KHSAA State Championships in 2009 and 2010 and finished runner-up in 2011. Individually, Decker finished third in 2009 and individual state champion in 2011. In 2012, she was the 4th Region Individual Champion, the 4th Region Women Golfer of the Year, and the Green County High School Female Athlete of the Year. Throughout her high school career, the Lady Dragons were six-time Heartland Conference Champions. As a Lady Tiger, Decker set the school record with 11 tournament wins in her first three seasons. In her rookie season, she rewrote the record books. She won six tournaments to set the record for most wins in a single season and went on to win the Mid-South Conference Tournament and was named MSC Freshman and Player of the Year. She was also named to the First-Team All-MSC. Individually, she qualified for the NAIA National Tournament making her the first Lady Tiger to qualify since 2006. She finished in 34th place and was named Second Team NAIA All-American. She also qualified for the NCCAA National Tournament and placed 9th. During her sophomore season, she battled injury and was able to win the Bulldog Classic and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament. Again, making her the only Lady Tiger in history to qualify for the second-straight season.

In addition, she won the UPIKE Spring Invite and was named the MSC Golfer of the Year for the second time in her career. She qualified for her third NAIA National Championship and finished tied for 55th after a rain-shortened tournament. She was also named the Mid-South Conference Champions of Character. Along with being named an NAIA All-American for the second time, she placed 7th at the NCCAA National Tournament and was named NCCAA All-American and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete. In her final season as a Lady Tiger, she was the individual champion at the Mid-South Conference Fall Championship, William Penn Invitational, and Campbellsville University Invitational. She was also named the Golfer of the Year and CoSIDA Academic All-District. She was Women's Golfer of the Week in the NAIA, NCCAA, and MSC.
