Christi Thomas McGuire, a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky, is the fifth Lady Tiger Basketball alumna inducted into the Campbellsville University Hall of Fame.

McGuire was a four-year player under legendary coach Donna Wise from 1993-1997. McGuire wore no. 41 in her tenure with the team. At the time of her induction, she ranks seventh among all Lady Tiger Basketball players with a career field goal percentage of 53.1%. McGuire is the only Lady Tiger in program history to never lose a single conference contest.

Playing her freshman season with severe back pain, McGuire recovered from major back surgery at home while her team played their opening game of the NAIA National Tournament in 1994. Unfortunately in 1995, McGuire suffered an ACL tear two weeks prior to the NAIA National Tournament. She came back her junior year helping lead her team to their seventh straight NAIA tournament appearance. During McGuire’s time with the Lady Tigers, the team posted a 99-30 record.

During her senior season in 1997, McGuire was named the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Robin Roberts Award Winner. In that same 1997 season, she was honored as an All-KIAC and All Mid-South Conference performer. The Robin Roberts Award is given nationally at the NCAA Division I Final Four site to a NCAA Division I, II, III or NAIA player who exemplifies outstanding attributes in women's basketball at their institution with plans to pursue a career in the sport communication field.

McGuire is currently the host for countdown to kickoff and the BBN Gameday for the UK Sports Network. McGuire also serves as a color analyst for the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Network and was the first female pregame radio host in the conference’s history.

Furthermore, in 2022, McGuire was the host for the second-ever Campbellsville University Athletic Awards night on campus inside the Powell Athletic Center.
