Hall of Fame
Dr. David Morris exemplifies Christian servant leadership in all areas of his life. He is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration and is an executive with Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr.. Morris has served on the Campbellsville University Board of Trustees since 1995 and has served several teams as chairman of the Board. He is a deacon and treasurer of Paint Lick Baptist Church in Warsaw, Ky., and treasurer of the Ten Mile Baptist Association. He has served on the Mission Board of the Kentucky Baptist Convention. He has also served for several years on the Gallatin County Board of Education where he served as chair.

Dr. Morris is married to Shirley Ann Morris, and they are the proud parents of two children and two grandchildren. He has served as a member of the National Association of Purchasing Managers and member of the Greater Cincinnati Minority Supplier Development Council.

Dr. Morris attended Campbellsville University in the late 1940s, and the naming of the Tuggle-Morris Wellness Center honored them. Dr. Morris provided the lead gift for the Tuggle-Morris Wellness Center. He and his wife have been faithful donors to a number of other Campbellsville University Projects and programs.

He is a strong supporter of Campbellsville University Tiger Athletics and has provided invaluable support to numerous athletic programs to enrich the experience of student athletes.

Today, Dr. Morris is an outstanding Christian servant leader who has given of himself in service to others, and he has demonstrated an understanding of and appreciation for the value of intercollegiate athletics in the life of Campbellsville University.Â
